Getting a service_unavaialble error when the timeline shows it is an auth issue

What would be the ideal flow here? Trying to make a label, and fedex goes and returns a

  "error_description": "Invalid CXS JWT"
}

(or maybe your wrapper calling fedex does that?)

But the 'endpoint' is giving

{"error":"Failed to create label via Karrio API","status":400,"message":"Karrio API error (400): {\"errors\":[{\"code\":\"service_unavailable\",\"level\":\"error\",\"message\":\"The service you selected is not available for this shipment.\"}]}"}

Which leads me down a different path.

Could there be changes to the parse_error_response in modules/connectors/fedex/karrior/providers/fedex/error.py to handle this format of error message so it is fully surfaced down the chain do you think? or am I missing something?
