Project Overview: Develop a secure and efficient ECIES (Elliptic Curve Integrated Encryption Scheme) implementation in Cairo, leveraging Starknet’s STARK-based proving system. The goal is to build a functional ECIES system that integrates seamlessly into Starknet smart contracts, enabling privacy-preserving encryption for on-chain and off-chain communication.

ECIES is a widely used encryption scheme in cryptographic systems, essential for secure key exchange and encrypted communication.
Implementing ECIES in Cairo will provide a native encryption standard for Starknet, allowing developers to leverage zero-knowledge-friendly encryption for private transactions and data sharing.
This project contributes to expanding Starknet's cryptographic primitives by enabling efficient elliptic curve encryption with STARK proofs.
