Graph MIDI program is sometimes not editable

Describe the bug
The MIDI program parameter in the graph settings is sometimes not able to be changed, either by sliding or entering text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Duplicate a graph with a MIDI program set.
2. Go to the graph settings for the new graph.
3. Observe that the MIDI program cannot be changed.

• OS: macOS Big Sur 11.2.1
• Version 1.45.1-d3f2ee9

Standalone or Plugin
Standalone (plugin not tested)

Additional context
This also happens when you just create a new graph, but it becomes editable after saving, closing and opening the program again.

@trevorparscal - I'm having trouble reproducing this on both Mac and Linux. Not sure what's happening.
