Interest in a Mezzio/Cycle ORM Integration Package?

Hello maintainers,

I've been using Mezzio extensively and have developed a private library that provides integration between Mezzio and Cycle ORM, including support for:

• Cycle ORM configuration and bootstrapping
• Database abstraction integration
• Migration management
• Identifier generation via behaviors.
• Dependency injection wiring suitable for Mezzio applications

The library has been used successfully in my own projects, and I've continued maintaining it as the underlying packages have evolved.

Before open-sourcing it independently, I wanted to gauge whether there would be any interest from the Mezzio ecosystem in having such a package developed under the Mezzio (or broader Laminas) umbrella, or as a community-supported integration project.

I'm not looking to hand off responsibility; I'm happy to:

• Open-source the code
• Continue contributing and maintaining it
• Align it with project standards and release processes
• Work with maintainers on scope and direction

At this stage I'm mainly seeking feedback on:

• Whether a Mezzio / Cycle ORM integration package would be considered valuable to the ecosystem.
• Whether there is interest in hosting or endorsing such a package under the project's umbrella.
• Any architectural or governance considerations I should be aware of before sharing the code publicly.

If there is interest, I'd be happy to provide the repository, documentation, examples, and implementation details for review.
