Save/Pre-Populate Add To Dataset Form Values

When adding observations to datasets the user first selects the dataset. They then specify how the input, output, and metadata from the observation maps to the dataset. This may include specifying custom mappings using JSON paths to identify portions of the observation to include.

It seems that once configured for a dataset, the values mapping an observation to the dataset would rarely change. It would be helpful if the user's selections were saved and then pre-populated the next time they went to add observations to the same dataset.
