With MinIO dead, I'm looking into decoupling the helm chart deployment from minio, potentially using rook

Describe the feature or potential improvement

MinIO is dead, find a viable replacement, i.e Rook, is this something we'd like?

Additional information

My question is , does anyone have thoughts on the matter, I'm brand new to langfuse, but have a colleague more adept. MinIO seems to be a problem. As I have outdated rook experience, i'd be happy to contribute a rook deployment for langfuse.

Is there a community meeting? I've contributed/been apart of many CNCF projects
