Add UPDATE (PATCH) method for Score Configs in Python SDK v3 and DELETE endpoint in API

Summary

1. The API reference documents a PATCH endpoint for updating score configurations, but this functionality is not exposed in the Python SDK v3.
2. Additionally, there is no DELETE endpoint in the API for removing score configs.
3. Score config metadata should also be displayed when hovering over score headings in the UI.

Hi, could you please retry with Python SDK v3? We have shipped those methods in that version

Hi Hassieb,
I am already using Python SDK v3

I am only able to see these three methods, namely:

1. score_configs.create() (and it merely creates a new score config, no upserts)
2. score_configs.get()
3. score_configs.get_by_id()

Issues that would be good to be addressed, in my opinion:

1. There is no option to update an already existing score configs via the SDK (even though API reference shows a PATCH method).
2. There is no API to delete a score config.
3. The metadata (description and such) provided to the score configs should be shown in the score heading with an 'i' button.
4. It would be great if the IDs to score configs can be provided deterministically by the developer and not always auto-generated by Langfuse SDK.

In Python SDK v3.6.1 there is an update method on the score configs, could you please upgrade and check? https://github.com/langfuse/langfuse-python/blob/9b4dcd5a8b4d9600a8993412699c40dd57bb76b7/langfuse/api/resources/score_configs/client.py#L238

I upgraded to Langfuse Python SDK v3.6.1, and I do see the update method in the VS Code IntelliSence/in the SDK

But when I actually call the update method, I am seeing this error status_code: 405, body: {'message': 'Method not allowed', 'error': 'MethodNotAllowedError'}

Are you self hosting Langfuse? If yes, are you on the latest platform image version?

Yes, I am using self-hosted Langfuse (locally) and no I was not in the latest platform image version (ghcr.io/langfuse/langfuse:3 and ghcr.io/langfuse/langfuse-worker:3).

I switched both to latest tag and the update method is working fine now, thanks a lot!
