Specify SSL certificate for AppGW in Azure Terraform

Currently when deploying the solution using your terraform modules it deploys a self-signed SSL certificate into Application Gateway. It would be super nice if I could specify my own certificate so the AppGW doesn't need reconfiguration after deployment.
