Separate datasets in folders

Describe the feature or potential improvement

As we already have a feature to organize prompts into folders, it would be very useful to have the same for datasets.
This would allow us to better organize datasets by domain, project, or even deprecation status (e.g., archived or outdated datasets).

Having folder-based organization for datasets would:

Improve overall structure and discoverability.

Help manage large numbers of datasets in production environments.

Reuse the same folder feature already implemented for prompts for a consistent UX.
