Weird graphical issues between versions..

Hi there
Quick discussion first, to see if this is in fact a bug..

Basically, I have a new work laptop and when using the new version 1.78.2 (any of them) also 1.78.1 - when connecting to RDP session, the graphics are a bit blurry and some of the app screens don't display as expected.

Installed 1.77.2 (.net6 version) and it's perfect.. No issues.. Apps have all dialogs as expected.

Screen is 3440x1440 UW.. tested on both UW screens and had same blurryness issue (on 1.78.x versions).
Should say, it's using the same confcons file and settings between versions..

Any ideas?

Sure, I'll grab some tomorrow. Yep, it'll need to be quite selective.

The one on the left is on .net 6 version 1.77.2. Clear and tickboxes are displaying correctly.
Right hand side is 1.78.2 (and 1.78.1). I've tried a few different revisions. Blurry and just wrong.

This is connecting to the same session on the same server. I've also tried unticking the Cache Bitmaps option. No change.
Reconnecting with 1.77.2 fixes the problem immediately..

So its not mR blury but inside rdp session... ok will check, could you try change rdp protocol to early one?

Yeah, sorry. Inside RDP session itself..
Figured it was to do with the rdp versions installed by .net, but both (I think) are set to use 'latest' version (and I guess are both installed).
I'll doublecheck tomorrow. 👍

NB latest is newer version of rdp, try with older one 11th or even 10th to compare.

Tried 9, 8 and 6.. Same issue unfortunately.
I think the 1.77.2 version uses 9 (as it's the last version in the list of options?).
