We should have a way to see installed and available packages, and find open source modules and services to add to a site.
We could integrate this into the admin panel for discovery, but not allow direct installation (at least in production mode) for security and stability reasons.
This could be like the app store or marketplace some other systems offer.
I don't expect us to offer paid purchases (at least for now). Target is to help people see what they have and find what they could add, at least where the code is free and open source.
Long term, the UI could include trust indicators, like Mage-OS partner levels, 'Trusted', 'High Quality', 'Popular', passing tests, ...
