[@mantine/tiptap] Add handling of mixed text and image content in getUploadImageExtension

The getUploadImageExtension works great with pasting just images. Although, it does not handle pasting of mixed content (text and images). It would be great if the extension could also handle that, or at least give an easy way for consumers to extend the extension to handle it themselves.
