Setting feature: Auto Reload toggle

When using a LLM to make edits to a markdown file it will always have this popup on each change.

"file-name.md" has been changed on disk. Do you want to reload it? OK or X

A great settings feature would be a toggle that is enables automatic reload of content. I often use this as a pretty markdown viewer with the occasional edit, a setting to make this popup not always appear would be nice.

I agree, exact same scenario, but I'm not even being prompted to reload, I'm having to reopen the file. I was wanting a way to reload, but auto-reload would be even better - monitor for changes and reload as needed.

Could you please open a formal feature request in the Issues tab? That way, it'll be much easier for me to track the changes and manage the project.
