Provide the MATSim version you are using. You can find the version in the
pom.xml. E.g.2025.0.2026.0-SNAPSHOT
Did you build a minimal example to reproduce the issue?
Describe the problem you are facing.
I am recently working with MATSim EV, especially EV trucking application in LA region.
I thought I set everything (Config, vehicle setting, population, etc.) properly, however, EV trucks in my simulation do not charge even if they are in 0% SOC. (as shown in the image below)

I found a previous discussion in 2020, (matsim-org/matsim-code-examples#293) and this discussion said short-distance urban EV charging case was not supported at that time. Do we have progress on that? or Do I need to develop my own class for this case?
I'm not sure if this will help answer your question, but I'll upload the configuration file (the GitHub repository includes multiple XML files) that I am using with 'RunEvExampleTruckLTH.java'.
If possible, provide a link to your minimal example. This might be a GitHub repository.

If you want, provide some background information about you and your project. This might help us understand your issue better.
