Import dumps with old document indexer fallback

When the old document indexer will be removed, this options will be removed as well.

How to use the feature?

• Run Meilisearch with the parameter set as an environment variable or a command line argument flag as described above
• This option is meant to be use as a fallback in the case a bug is discovered in the new document indexer.
