Human in the Loop. Human in Control. Human in the Way.

I’m not even sure this is a valid idea, but I keep coming back to three phrases that seem increasingly relevant in the AI discussion:

• Human in the Loop
• Human in Control
• Human in the Way

We spend a lot of time talking about the first two, but what about the third? At what point does human involvement create value, and at what point does it become friction?

Maybe these are not competing concepts, but three different perspectives on how humans and AI will collaborate.

Just an idea I’m diving into and would love to explore further.
