Add AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md to the default ignore list

The docs for integrating Claude suggest adding CLAUDE.md to the docs root. However, this file gets exposed publicly by defaults.

First, the documentation should clearly call this behavior out.

Second, it would be great if AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md could be added to the default .mintignore.
