Merge Rests with one button

Make it so multiple rests can be merged together in every measure selected in just one button.

For example, if five measures had two two beat rests, you could select and press this button and now it's a full 4 beat rest

Also when selecting things like three half note rests,
It will ask you if you want dotted rests or individual rests.

If you choose dotted it will be a dotted 1 beat rest
If not it will be a 1 best rest followed by a half beat rest

In theory this is already what Tools / Regroup rhythms does, except it's much smarter than just always combining all rests - it knows not to combine quarter rests on beats 2 & 3 in 4/4, for example, and it uses dotted quarter rests in 6/8 but not 4/4. It also fixes mistakes in your notation of rhythms (e.g., figuring out when you need to break up a quarter as two eighths tied together). There are cases where it might not always work correctly, and if you find any, you should report them.
