Can't login to MA after upgrading to 2.7 (on HA)

Hi, I just did the upgrade to MA 2.7 on HA 2025.12.3 And as noted in the release notes I'm getting a login page to MA.
But I never created a user, nor can I find where to create the user... and the release notes state that the first login should be able to create a user (but I wasn't able to do so...)
After restoring MA to 2.6.3 it works again, but where do I create an admin user in 2.6.3 on HA? So I can do the upgrade...

Didn't work (sadly I saw this mail after I fixed it...) I got an url with a lot of %3A 's in it and after changing that to : it went ahead... After login in with my HA account and providing the MFA it gave another url error with %3A 's in it (and %3F, ...) but when I to the original page of MA, it said everything was ok I just had to reauthenticate Spotify, but that part worked as a charm... If you are able to get into the MA UI then the authentication must have worked. Is there still a problem?

Saw something similar here with music assistant as addon.

Something slightly off in the url encoding or redirect flow for doing the connect.

No first time experience to create an account, just the "failed to connect" screen.

Went to the connect option and it tried to hit an invalid address, using the ip address instead of the dns for the server, and it must have had the port wrong for it to be invalid.

I switched over to hitting the home assistant server via ip and went through the flow again, saw it quickly hit HA, and then "invalid redirect url", but it was successful in doing the auth, so a refresh got me in and everything's working.

i have similar issues.
running MA as add-on to HA on HAOS.
MA works as expected in the sidebar of HA. but i also have some iframes in my dashboards with MA pages inside.
Since the update they show a login screen for MA. but when clicking 'sign in with HA' i get a non-working page (xxxxx.nl refused to connect.) . i'm on my local network, but when i click the link it shows a sad face with the address of my external access url, which wont work. how can i re-route this login to stay local?

This is different. Your problem is the iframe doesnt allow the popup. I think Marcel has come up with a solution for that but also you can use a long life token to bypass the auth step. https://www.music-assistant.io/faq/how-to/#access-the-ma-views-directly-via-url
