Where to start the music?

I'm facing a problem. I have a spotify plus card and if I start playing on a PC with win through this card and later switch to mass, I can't turn off the music. And when I try to turn off the music in mass, I can't turn it off on that card either. So whether I can control the player depends on whether it was started in mass or somewhere else?

I will add, I can see the media player normally in mass, I can see that it is playing, but I can't stop it

You are using a custom integration to access Spotify by the looks of it. You should just use Music Assistant for this purpose. We cant provide assistance for non-MA issues.
