Global settings for display and sorting of albums, songs, artists, playlist etc.

• It would be great if there were global settings:

  • for albums

    • Display (e.g., panel view would be my choice)
    • Sorting (e.g., by date in descending order would be my choice)

  • for songs

    • Display (e.g., list)
    • Sorting

  • For artists

    • Display (e.g., panel view would be my choice)
    • Sorting (e.g., by date added in descending order)

I like a collection of songs visually to be different from a single song - so album as panel or grid view and songs as list items.
