Give the seat markdown memory layer (#15697's capped hot-index substrate) a durability contract so a derailed model cannot permanently destroy its own trail. Threat-principal taxonomy first (Emmy's Challenge 1, DC_kwDODSospM4BDpd7 — the options are meaningless without it): (1) accidental overwrite/truncation by the seat; (2) a derailed seat running arbitrary commands under its normal OS identity; (3) compromise of the operator/host principal itself — no in-host mechanism honestly defends (3), and any option claiming (2) must demonstrate a genuinely separate security principal (a different directory owned by the same Unix user is naming, not isolation).
