On becoming an ovn-kubernetes subproject

We are currently discussing with the maintainers of #ovn-kubernetes about the possibility to make netobserv a subproject (in CNCF terms) of ovn-kubernetes. This is still early stage discussions, but we would like to collect feedback from the community about that, if any.

If that happens, technically speaking, we don't expect any major change. Netobserv and ovn-k already have a few integration points, we would just expect to increase the collaboration, and have observability more "baked-in" ovn-k. This is not a call to make ovn-k the exclusive CNI for netobserv. Netobserv would continue to work with other CNIs, and CNI-related contributions would continue to be welcomed. There has been a few contributions so far from people using Cilium or Calico, we don't want that to change.

We're also curious to hear if you are using netobserv with another CNI than ovn-k.
