No Dropdown Menu to Select Particle List in Preprocessing Block (v0.7.2)

Hello, I am trying to process a single particle dataset, but I am having issues because there is no visible dropdown menu in the pre-processing block. I ran the block initially using the "all" mode for particle detection. Once the block was finished, I then created a new particle list and selected particles on a subset of the micrographs. As you can see in the first image, the auto list and my manual list show up within the interactive micrograph section of pre-processing block. However, when I go to edit the block to use the manual list, it does not allow me to select any list as the dropdown menu is not present (image 2). Using the live demo on the website, I can see what it should look like (image 3). Does anybody know how I can fix this and get the dropdown menu to show up? I am using version 0.7.2. Any ideas are appreciated, thanks!

@noneed2cry-o, you are right. We removed this functionality a while ago because we were aiming to make the single-particle pipeline more closely mimic the tomography pipeline. Since that transition was never completed, I’ve reinstated the functionality and updated the 0.7.3 release candidate with the new changes. Thanks for pointing it out.

You can download the installer using: wget https://nextpyp.app/files/pyp/0.7.3/install -O install.

Then follow the standard installation/upgrade instructions.
