Isonet2 Denoising Excluded Tilts #163
-
|
I've been enjoying using the update incorporation of Isonet2, but am having issues with previously excluded tilts remining in my denoised tomogram results. After initial preprocessing I excluded tilts, and the re-processed tomograms have these tilts ignored. However, when I move on to denoising this tomogram, the excluded tilts are back in the tomogram. Any suggestions for how I may keep these tilts excluded? Here is an example of my exclusion, the nondenoised tomogram side view tilts excluded, and the denoised tomogram side view without the tilts being excluded. |

Indeed, nextPYP was not removing excluded tilts during the generation of half-tomograms. We've updated 0.7.3 (still not officially released) with a fix. Additionally, users can now visualize the half-tomograms directly within the application to verify them. To update:
