Isonet2 Denoising Excluded Tilts #163

I've been enjoying using the update incorporation of Isonet2, but am having issues with previously excluded tilts remining in my denoised tomogram results. After initial preprocessing I excluded tilts, and the re-processed tomograms have these tilts ignored. However, when I move on to denoising this tomogram, the excluded tilts are back in the tomogram. Any suggestions for how I may keep these tilts excluded? Here is an example of my exclusion, the nondenoised tomogram side view tilts excluded, and the denoised tomogram side view without the tilts being excluded. Thank you! |

Indeed, nextPYP was not removing excluded tilts during the generation of half-tomograms. We've updated 0.7.3 (still not officially released) with a fix. Additionally, users can now visualize the half-tomograms directly within the application to verify them. To update:
