Forking colmena and move to nix-community

Hello!

I’ve been using colmena for quite a while now but it doesn’t seem to have any activity for some time (I also posted in the colmena matrix channel about a month ago but it seems like that’s dormant as well). Recently there are more people forking it (including me), and I’d like to take over it and move the fork to nix-community

I’ve cherry picked some changes from PRs (nix-darwin support) and added detached activation, and I plan to go through some of the features in the official repo and gradually adapting them to the fork in nix-community

Hi folks, sorry that Colmena hasn't gotten the love that it deserves. I use it personally but I've been swamped with other commitments lately. Would it be okay if I move the repo to nix-community under shared maintenance? I think this would be a better outcome than further fragmentation.

@zhaofengli After the repo is transferred I'll restore you permissions on the repo, github usually downgrades them during the transfer.

Thanks @zowoq! The repo now lives at https://github.com/nix-community/colmena.

The move does seem to have broken the https://colmena.cli.rs homepage, which I have opened a PR to fix it: zackify/cli.rs#124

Edit: Oops, wrong attribution (though the cli.rs PR is still helpful) and I have fixed the redirect from the Colmena repo.

Curious if I can also request to create a colmena team with @zhaofengli as the owner? I'd like to nominate @NickCao to join the team as well

I've created a team, @zhaofengli is the team maintainer (owner) and the team has write permissions on the colmena repo.
