machine is in phase Provisioning OKD 4.7 Provider oVirt

Hello

I have provision a new cluster in a oVirt environment
everything works ok but my worker nodes are in provisioning phase and are not getting out of that state
OKD version
4.7.0-0.okd-2021-07-03-190901

anyone is experiencing this issue and know how to solve it

Ok I didn't search the current issues I see that a user have report this

for me if I switch to OpenshiftSDN the provisioning phase issue disappear
