It looks like it's GPL 3.0 so it should be possible?

We plan to adopt most/all of the bundles.
As soon as we created the initial version 1.0 of each of the bundles, the community is very welcome to contribute!

Is there an approximate date when most packages will be transferred to OpenDXP?

We're constantly working on it - no ETA tho.
From your list the newsletter-bundle and perspective-editor is already available -> feel free to try, test and improve it if you encounter any issues.

The others will follow in the next weeks.

We have a problem with switching from Pimcore to OpenDXP because most of our projects depend on Dachcom Pimcore SEO bundle and Dachcom Pimcore dynamic search.
That is why we are still holding off on switching to OpenDXP.
But we will start testing it soon.

@solverat @scrummer We are wondering if you have any plans to migrate your DACHCOM bundles from pimcore to opendxp? We are using e.g. data search and SEO. Will you migrate them to OpenDXP and stop maintaining the pimcore version or whats the plan? :)

Does it mean that they won't be free for OpenDXP as they were for pimcore? And will you maintain the pimcore bundles in the future?

@leuchtdiode The bundles will be paid but the pricing is much better than some pimcore bundles and a license can be used on unlimited sites, contact OpenDXP for pricing. You can now also see the bundles on the website that just launched: https://www.opendxp.io/de/bundles

note: i dont work for opendxp, this is just the info i got from them.

@jdreesen As you may have noticed, we're moving away from supporting new Pimcore versions. I've just updated the README of those repositories.
