Request for independent repro/break test: approved-vs-sent commit-bound replay baseline

Hi OPA community,

We built a narrow baseline for one failure mode: approved artifact != sent artifact in AI-assisted workflows.

Ask: please try to reproduce or break the baseline.

Scope:

• baseline v0.1 only
• run -> replay -> verify
• no calls, no deck

Expected outcomes:

• invalid artifact -> FAIL
• admissible artifact -> PASS
• replay -> MATCH

If you’re open, I’ll share:

1. Wave 2 verification pack
2. exact command checklist
3. expected output contract

What we need back:

• PASS or failure report
• command transcript
• short operator statement

Technical critique is exactly what we’re looking for.
