Independent reproduction request: consumable execution authority

Hello OPA maintainers and community,

I am looking for an independent security or platform engineer to attempt a clean reproduction of ProofRail, an evaluation-stage system that issues single-use signed authority for exact autonomous-agent actions.

The request is deliberately narrow. I am not asking for an endorsement, production-readiness opinion, ecosystem listing, or marketing quote. I want a recorded succeeded, partially succeeded, or failed result against frozen commit:

If someone is willing, they would receive only the private repository and written quickstart before testing. Any blocker and later assistance must be recorded.

The reproduction record requires identity/role and independence statement; machine and toolchain details; exact commands and exit codes; artifact hashes; authentic and deliberately modified artifact results; elapsed time; failures and disagreements; assistance required; and a conclusion stating what the result does and does not demonstrate.

The procedure covers clean installation, portable-artifact reproduction, tamper rejection, the full test suite, a credential-free GitHub authority demo, database migration authority tests, and deterministic validation regeneration.

The project currently claims internally authored, independently replayable evidence across GitHub merge and SQLite migration. It does not claim third-party validation, production readiness, or buyer value.

Would anyone be willing to run and return the completed reproduction record, with particular attention to whether ProofRail cleanly separates policy decisions from signed, consumable execution authority?

ProofRail is not presented as a replacement for OPA. No compensation or automatic follow-up is attached to this request.
