📢 RFC: Feedback on the Open Ingestion Standard (OIS) payload & ACL schema

[OpenPj]

Hi all,

We've drafted the initial specification for the Open Ingestion Standard (OIS) in our README.md and the MANIFESTO.md.

OIS defines:

1. A decoupled, asynchronous Claim Check Pattern for document queues.
2. A Unified Document Payload Schema supporting metadata and source Access Control Lists (ACLs/SIDs) for security-trimmed search.
3. A Unified Job Configuration Schema to define tasks declaratively.

Before we finalize the JSON Schemas in schemas/, we'd love feedback on:

• Is the nested ACL model flexible enough for your corporate active directory/identity mappings?
• Are there metadata formats (e.g., date formats, hierarchical structures) that we should format differently?
• How do you handle document-level permissions in your current RAG pipelines?

Please share your thoughts or review the spec files directly!
