Display "last activity" on submission

[aimeediehl]

There's no easy way to see the last activity on a submission in a list. I find the "submitted" information super-helpful. Could we add a similar column, such as "last active", to indicate the last time that an editor, section editor, manager, reviewer, or author has touched the submission in some way? That would give us instant access to important information that, right now, requires us to click into the submission itself or to look at the log. We'd also know when something had stalled for some reason. Thanks for considering!
