ownCloud Classic 11.0.0-rc3 is available

The third release candidate for ownCloud Classic 11.0.0 is now on Docker Hub:

RC3 closes four security issues found during RC testing — including one where
a backend-supplied user home directory (an LDAP homeDirectory attribute, for
example) was not confined to the data directory, which could escalate to remote
code execution. The others harden federation token logging, the public share
preview endpoint's permission check, and the preview helper binary paths. Full

This is still a prerelease meant for testing — please don't run it in
production yet.

Bundle changes since RC2: kerberos removed, migrate_to_ocis 3.0.0 added, and
notes, user_ldap, external, files_ldap_home and firstrunwizard
refreshed. notes 2.2.0 also updates its vendored JS libraries, which clears the
Trivy findings the RC2 image had to accept.
