Hey @jondspa, so here's the thing: those warnings are not coming from JSLint. They come from the TypeScript language server we added in the last release. Right now there's no setting to hide just those, and the noUnusedLocals option in jsconfig doesn't control this, so you can remove that file. For now, you can just put We'll add a proper setting to hide just the unused variable warnings in an upcoming release. Thanks for reporting this and apologies for the trouble! :( |

Hi,
I'm a long time Brackets user and am trying to transitioned to Phoenix on my new silicon Macbook. I'm loading a large javascript file and am receiving 2500 or so warnings like 'newColors' is declared but its value is never read. I'm trying to turn off these warnings but still leave JSLint active. I've looked through documentation and asked chatGPT for help. No success. I've tried
jsconfig.json
{
"compilerOptions": {
"noUnusedLocals": false,
"noUnusedParameters": false
}
}
more .phcode.json
{
"codeIntelligence.typescript": false
}
in my Cordova project directory...among other things.
Sure need some advice!
Thanks, - Jon
