A way to add packages to the portable python environments. For example WanGP needs extra packages for the compile function to work.

Hmm. I made an MSVC installer for both the CLI and GUI versions. But unfortunately, it's not portable. I couldn't find a way to make MSVC portable. So, sadly, I've put the project on hold for now =). But if you have any ideas, I'd be happy to implement them.
