Discord Ban due to spam

Dear,

I've been banned from the discord server due to spaming an advertisement.

I'd like to give some extra info: My personal Desktop which was at the time running got compromised to malware and a third party that had harm in it's mind decided to use my discord account to spam in various discord server where i'm in, including the Pterodactyl discord server.
I've regained access to my account, removed any active login sessions and did a full reinstallation of my desktop with extra security measures in place, in order to keep any third-party entities out of it.

I do apologize for the spam although it wasn't send by me personal.

I would hereby like to request for an unban from the discord server and would also like to have my donor role returned, if possible.
