Exporting supplementary material to same format as manuscript #14665

Manuscript is on (main) document and companion notebooks to host the computations mostly. In this context, if you wish to render other documents than the main document, you would need to use a different project type, at least when rendering those documents. |

Great, thanks a lot! I suppose for now I will just append the supplementary material at the bottom of the main article. Best, Alex |

Description
Dear Quarto team,
I am currently writing a manuscript using the template repository. In addition to my manuscript found in index.ipynb, I have additional jupyter notebooks for supplementary material (additional figures and analyses). I would like to render those in the same format as the main manuscript (remove code chunks and follow the format of my target journal). Is there a way to do so?
My apologies if the question has already been asked and/or if the answer can be found in the documentation. I have not been able to find the information despite my search.
Best,
Alex
