built an open-source git-history analysis tool called Git Archaeologist and I'm trying to understand where its output matches or diverges from maintainers' experience.
On react-hook-form it attributes ~59% of src/ commit-touches to a single contributor across ~410 files, and ranks useForm.ts, createFormControl.ts, and useFieldArray.ts as the highest-churn files.
Does that match where the real concentration and churn sit, or is it off?
