Community Management/Manager Q1’2026

Q4 was a majority focus on DeGov and growing DeGov’s presence. We continued to support the community as needed along with educating around DeGov. As a whole the group is working to connect the Ring Ecosystem to other communities and ecosystem along with improving the apps being developed in the ecosystem. We are actively supporting the community to make sure their voice is heard in changes being made.

1.0 Objectives & Actions

1.1 RCG Development

• Supporting the growth of Degov.AI.
• Update the Weekly News that is being supported by June.
• Continue to strengthen our Ambassador program.
• Restructuring our social channels in both TG and Discord to better align with RingDAO and decrease confusion.

1.2 Community Education

• Work with June to provide more educational content for RCG medium.
• Support the governance of RingDAO.
• Continue engaging our community with the weekly Quizzes and help them to learn about Darwinia/RingDAO/DeGov.

1.3 Community Management

• Continue to interact with the community as needed to support them.
• Continue to maintain our communities to keep them free from scammers and other issues.
• Support the Ambassadors in the projects and ideas they want to see move forward.
• Engage the community to be more active in Darwinia/RingDAO/KtonDAO Governance.
• Work with the DeGov team to continue to build the brand and exposure.
• Support the community is the sunset execution of Crab Network.

2.0 Funding Support

The Q1’2026 funding support is approximately 2600 USD/month. Here are the details.

2.1 Ambassador Program Monthly Expense

Within 1300 - 1600 USDT/month(the will be paid by Ring)

2.2 Proposed Monthly Expense

Purchasing 12 Discord Server Boosts at a cost of $43 per month. This will get the server to Level 3 and allow us to have a permanent link to use on CMC and Coingeko. These funds will come out of the Community Management funding and will not be an add on cost.

2.3 Community Manager Monthly Salary

1000 USDT
I am proposing to Reduce Community Manager/Treasury Specialist salary to align more with the market climate and required efforts.
