@2xJDubs Hi Jesse, please remove following part from your budget and proposal: Since Q1 2025, This scope of marketing(Management, Maintenance, and Development Proposal) has been moved to Ecosystem: So they will not be covered in this DCDAO side. |
|
Besides, why do we need to request 1 more month for Q1 finished/terminated program? (Because the Q1 budget is insufficient, is there an overdraft?) |

3. Budget Details (Q2 2025)
Since no request was made for Q1 but there is one month left of Q1 salaries based on the approved budgets. The treasury currently has some fund but not enough to cover March Salaries. The table below will note what request is for Q1 and what request is for Q2 so both sets of budgets can be satisfied. A few programs and spending reductions are being put in place for Q2 to better utilize the treasury.
Note: Any surplus carries over to the next quarter if not used up by DCDAO.
Budget Adjustments:
These changes are parts of DCDAO’s efforts to optimize operational costs in response to bear market pressures and ensure the longevity of the project.
