FYI, Hydration opengov referenda with an identical title to the title of this discussion has already been executed.
The already voted referenda prevents Hydration DEX users from putting RING liquidity, what follows is, quote: "with the intention to create a subsequent referendum to stop RING trading in the Omnipool and force-withdrawing all RING LP positions from the Omnipool." end of quote.
