New release of tau-argus

As announced at the last User Group meeting, a new version of τ-argus is released: version 4.2.2 build 1
The main differences with respect to the previous version are:

• Spaces in directory names are allowed.
• Part of Modular implementation is rewritten to better deal with memory issues.
• More unfeasible tables will be detected without crashing. An error message will be given instead.
• Some issues with produced output are solved.
