I took a look at this using a recent build of [Skip Showcase](https://github.com/skiptools/skipapp-showcase) and Samsung's [Remote Test Lab](https://developer.samsung.com/remotetestlab), since I don't own a physical Samsung device myself. On the Remote Test Lab, I tested it on a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra running Android 16, and both Could you share some more details about which Samsung device and Android version you're using? Perhaps the issue is related to a specific device, Android version, or keyboard configuration (e.g., a third-party keyboard). It's also possible that some of the recent bug fixes and PRs, particularly in [skip-ui](https://github.com/skiptools/skip-ui), have already resolved the issue you're experiencing. Therefore, I'd recommend updating your dependencies to the latest versions and checking whether the problem still occurs. Let me know how it goes! 😊 |

I'm seeing a weird behavior on Samsung phones.
I created a small pocket guide / note taking app in XCode, and on the Apple side things are fine. In using Skip to translate to Android, Pixel phones and generic tablets seem fine. But Samsung behaves weird. When someone taps in the box, the keyboard opens and then immediately closes. I've tried several different things. Including trying to force the keyboard to stay open and could only dismissed manually with a "done" tap. But its not working.
I've seen somethings that this could be a Skip translate issue. Any group ideas on what could be a work around?
