Tool Invocation Issue – Some Calls Not Triggering

Hi Speechmatics Support Team,
We’re currently facing an issue where the tool is being invoked for only 6 out of 10 calls, while it is not triggered for the remaining 4 calls. Could you please help us investigate why the tool is not being invoked consistently?
