Add ability to send 'Transport Confirmation' email to transport provider

Clint LVMD: At present we enter details in the freight section, then manually enter the freight details separately to our transport contractors, is there a way to create an automated email fright note to the contractor at the time of entering these details into SOH? (I will forward you an email of a weekly running freight correspondence to our main transport contractor for you to gauge an idea of how we work this communication currently)

Once the machine/attachment is delivered, can a feature be built to send the customer an automated email or text to notify that the machine has been delivered/ or picked up to/from site with any specific notes?
