My project has been flagged to be exceeding Egress

How can I increase Egress of my database? and what does the warning message mean? is this for storage only or database included?

You seem to be on Pro so you would lift your spending caps.
Egress is for all data leaving Supabase including database, storage, realtime, edge functions, etc.
