My login no longer works!

Hello everyone, so here's what I'm explaining. I'm a beginner, and I'm testing different things with the help of Bolt and Cursor.

I created two projects in SupaBase, and to test a third project, I created another account. I know, it's rubbish. I'm impressed by the product, but I'm still too poor to upgrade to a paid plan (especially since I'm only testing it).

Anyway, my very first account seems to have been blocked, my login details no longer work at all, and I can't request a password renewal.

I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone else, and if you think it's possible for me to get my original account back, should I promise to deactivate my secondary account?

I have no idea if Supabase has detection for this or not. Not heard of this before.

Are you sure you signed up with email and not Github? If Github you have to keep using Github.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Actually, I'm currently logged in with my GitHub account (the second account), but the first account was a Gmail email address.

I have a silly question: I created a users table with the same email address and password. Do you think this could be a problem?

The weird thing is that I used GitHub authentication for Bol.new, and Bolt connects directly to SupaBase. Furthermore, when I tried to connect my second SupaBase account (via the GitHub account), it was completely impossible for me to use it with Bolt, even though I had correctly configured my .env file.

Does anyone know how to contact customer service by email?
