You will need to contact support@supabase.com. Make sure you get an email back with a ticket #. If not after an hour or two use a different email and explain the email you are having trouble with. This is not a support monitored area. |

This is most likely caused by your email being added to an inactive/suppression list after the original verification email bounced. Since suppression lists and account verification states are managed internally, this usually cannot be resolved from the client side. I’d recommend contacting Supabase support directly at [support@supabase.com](mailto:support@supabase.com) with:

I signed up for Supabase with my email address (e.g. aaa@aaa.com), but at that time the mailbox did not yet exist, so the verification email bounced.
I have since created that mailbox, and it is now valid and active. However, when I try to sign up / verify again with the same address, I get:
"Failed to sign up: You attempted to send email to an inactive recipient. If you believe this is an error or you're confident the email is valid, contact us at support@supabase.com for assistance."
And when I try to log in:
"Account has not been verified, please check the link sent to your email."
It looks like my email address was added to your suppression / inactive-recipient list because of that earlier bounce, and it is now blocking the verification email even though the mailbox is valid.
Could you please remove my email address from the suppression list and resend the verification email (or manually verify my account)?
My email address: it.dev@poongin.co.kr
