You have 2fa on and forgot your method to confirm or you did not have 2fa on and are getting blocked out because of it.

If the 2nd try another device/network and check for ad blockers.

If the first then you would have to verify with support you own the account without just access to email but they say in the docs no way to let you in.

When did you submit your ticket?
