Services restricted after 36 hours - How to fix this bug?

It has beend 36 hours since my supabase free plan is restored, however i still can not access to my database because of the restriction. every usage does not exceed %10 right now but still i can not use it. Is this a bug? or are they forcing me to pay that 25 bucks?

Not enough info to guess.
What message are you seeing? There is fair use and grace periods.
What did you exceed?
Their docs say it can be 24 to 48 hours from one period to the next.
There are also have been cases where users have had to contact support to sort it.

Usually you don't get restricted unless you violate again after a grace period (in the next period) or you are way over.
